Zesintu Herbal Products – Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Providers & Service Areas
Zesintu Herbal Products partners with reputable third-party courier services—The Courier Guy, Paxi, and Aramex—to deliver your orders across South Africa. Delivery availability, timeframes, and costs are dependent on the service area and the specific courier’s operational coverage.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been handed over to the courier.
3. Delivery Timeframes & Tracking

Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the selected courier service. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier network delays, incorrect address details, or public holidays).

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. You may use this number to monitor your parcel’s progress directly on the courier’s website (Courier Guy, Paxi, or Aramex).
4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the parcel size/weight, and the available courier options. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
5. Failed Deliveries & Address Details

Accurate Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address (including street name, suburb, city, and postal code). Zesintu Herbal Products is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

Courier Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is available to receive the parcel), the courier will typically leave a notification card. Parcels may be held at a local depot or Pick-up Point (PUDO) for collection. The courier will provide instructions for re-delivery or collection. Additional fees for re-delivery or storage may be charged by the courier.

Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel remains uncollected after the courier’s specified period, it may be returned to us. A refund for the product(s) will be issued, minus the original and return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your parcel for visible damage upon receipt. If the package appears damaged, note this with the courier driver before signing. For any hidden damage discovered after opening, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us immediately.

Claims Process: We will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier service for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please note that compensation is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective courier company. Zesintu Herbal Products will resend or refund the order only once the claim is validated and approved by the courier.
